THING 17- videosharing
I find myself constantly looking up videos on YouTube. I have created playlist for listing to music and videos while at home. I have also used YouTube for comedy and humor as well. I have never heard of TeacherTube until this class. I got tired of looking at the advertisement on TeacherTube. It started to become a little aggravating. Maybe I was looking alot of bad videos but the volume on my of hte videos I saw were very low. I had a hard time hearing many of them. Users have to be aware of the sounds. My students are finishing up plant and animal life cycles. One of the videos I chose to upload shows a chicken hatching from an egg.

TeacherTube can be very annoying with all the ads. You might want to try SchoolTube instead. I don't recall having any issue with ads there. There are also some other sites you might want to try like Vimeo, Blip.tv, and Livestream.
